* although Dr. Ronda has evening appointment times available these days, office hours end at 4 p.m.

NOTE: Dr. Ronda does not take phone calls when she is in-session with a client; always leave a message and a return phone number (stated clearly as we do not have caller ID so we will not know your phone number if it isn't provided clearly; hence no return phone call will be made). Do not leave a message that only give the name and phone number or it will not be returned--always say why you want Dr. Ronda or a staff member to return your call.
Dr. Ronda or a staff member will return telephone calls that are made during office hours the same day as the call, unless the call was to give a general update; those made after hours may be returned the next business day.
Email messages will be answered as time permits on days of office hours (see above). Most emails returned within 24 hours.

Calling Dr. Ronda at her home number is not allowed; you will not receive care with Dr. Ronda if you call her at her home number, and Dr. Ronda reserves the right to cancel future care! This is a strict policy!
No solicitations will be accepted by phone, email or in person without an appointment. Dr. Ronda reserves the right to charge any solicitor for time spent with them.
