Initial Comprehensive Health Evaluation Package
The initial evaluation is the most important part of homeopathic care. The initial evaluation takes approximately 2 hours to gather the individual characteristics of the complaints as well as the person, such as appetite, cravings and aversions, perspiration, bowel habits, temperature preferences, hormonal functions, sleep, dreams, and most of all, emotional temperament. The past history of the person and their family members is also carefully analyzed to make the assessment complete. A comprehensive exam and a look at any medications and/or supplements you are taking is also performed during the first visit (Note: laboratory work is not done).
Recommendations will be made at the first visit, looking at supplements, lifestyle and diet. Homeopathy will also be considered, however most of the time a homeopathic medicine is recommended AFTER the complete analysis of the information provided during the interview; this remedy will be sent to you 7 - 10 days after the appointment. Any recommended homeopathic remedy is included in the cost of the initial visit (up to one individual homeopathics--does not include kits or boxed remedies).
Included in the evaluation package fee are 2 phone calls or emails to discuss your recent visit as well as your first follow-up appointment (usually 4 - 6 weeks after the first appointment).
As the first visit is 2 hours long and there is a lot do accomplish in this first visit, filling out the Comprehensive Assessment Form (below) will make the best use of your time during the visit. If you choose not to fill out the Comprehensive Form ahead of time, it will be filled out during your evaluation. If you go over your 2 hour time slot, there will be an additional fee of $20 per 15 minutes charged.

The forms noted here are in Microsoft Word format and have been set up so that you can tab between spaces or use your mouse to check boxes. Forms must be returned PRIOR to your appointment time or you will not be evaluated when your appointment time comes; you will, however, be charged for the time slot. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure the forms are received prior to your appointment.
Emailing the forms back: You can download the form onto your computer, fill it in with the computer, then attach it to an email and return it to Dr. Ronda via the email: info@HomeopathicCentersofAmerica.org
Sending the form via the United States Postal System: You can also return the form via standard mail. However, if you have an appointment in a few days, do not return the form via the mail.

Follow-Up Health Evaluations
The follow-up assessments take approximately 45 minutes and are usually scheduled 4 - 6 weeks apart, with the length between visits lengthening as your health progresses. The first follow-up appointment is included in the fee for the initial evaluation.
These visits are very important for determining the progress of the person as well as for determining if the person’s care requires any change of action. During these consultations, your health changes as well as your complaints while taking the homeopathic remedy or supplements is evaluated and assessed.
Depending on this assessment, further decisions will be made regarding dosage, frequency or the change in the homeopathic remedy (again, up to 1 remedy is included per visit). These visits also ensures that you are progressing towards health according the Law of Cure by Hering. Each of your complaints is monitored for their frequency, intensity and duration along with all the changes in your health as well as situation in life. The frequency of these evaluations decreases as you progress on the path of recovery and health.
Focused Evaluations between Scheduled Visits
For established clients only, a focused evaluation is when when you email or call with questions that require a change in your current herb and/or homeopathic regimen. Examples are: asking about a supplement or procedure you read about; or discussions of your most recent medical doctor visit; you have a new health concern that does not require a complete evaluation. These evaluations are charged but at a reduced fee than a standard follow-up visit.
If you have not had a follow-up visit and one was suggested to you, however, you cannot have a focused evaluation.
Prenatal Care Program
Pregnant women are offered the Prenatal Care Program. For a set fee, the woman gets one health evaluation each month of her pregnancy, plus one extra. Each week of her pregnancy she is allowed one email or 15-minute phone call to discuss any concerns.
After birth, both the infant and mother are evaluated to ensure the health of both parties.
